Fondant tastes awful, so why put it on something that’s SOLE purpose is to be EATEN?!

I invest all my energy in achieving a maximum YUM factor & flavour balance in my bakes.

I only use free range eggs from Back Area Gardens Deli & Couverture Chocolate from CocoaFair.

I’ve had one too many dry cupcakes with nauseatingly sweet icing.

It has been scientifically proven that

& MEMORIES THAN SIGHT.

For this reason my philosophy is yumminess.

WHAT I DON’T BAKE

I DON’T BAKE FONDANT/NOVELTY CAKES because fondant tastes awful.
I unfortunately don’t bake bespoke cakes, but only the cakes as listed on my website.

I’ve baked the cakes on my menu literally 1000’s of times, so they are truly ON POINT.
I can guarantee a flavour experience like you’ve NEVER had before.
